How They Work
- Adhesive Back: An adhesive strip on the bottom of the pad secures it to the inside of the underwear.
- Noyau absorbant : The pad contains an absorbent core designed to draw in and store menstrual fluid.
- Top sheet: A fabric top sheet allows fluid to quickly pass through to the absorbent core, keeping the surface dry.
- Back sheet: A waterproof backsheet prevents the absorbed fluid from leaking onto clothing.
- Wings: Some pads have “wings” that fold over the sides of the underwear, providing extra security and preventing leaks.
